Im on windows 7, with a Dell Latitude E6530 connected to 2 other dell screens. Does anyone knows how to select a resolution 1280x720 on the laptop monitor??-Details: Before updating drivers (which I unfortunately did today): - I was able to have 1280x720 res on the monitor of the laptop, and 1920x1080 on the remaining 2 screens. I recently 'upgraded' to windows 10 Tech. Preview and I cannot change my resolution to HD. My current monitor is a Samsung, and its optimal resolution is 1920x1080. The highest I am allowed to select is 1280x1024 in a landscape orientation. My GeoForce Experience application also does not function. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sep 22, 2014 - Hi, I need to set a resolution 16:9 (1920x1080) on my windows to recorder a training videos. I had it before and it has now disappeared? I can't seem to find 1920x1080 in the resolution options. I've searched through all the resolutions but I can't see it anywhere. It seems very strange that they'd leave out the most common resolution used on PC's, especially considering the myriad of non-standard resolutions that they have included. Am I just missing it? If not, can you please bring in support for that resolution?

Home windows 7 proved helpful good on my GTX275 simply because nicely, although this was with the RC.I'meters kinda laughing at myself right now because I do all that function and I just proceeded to go on Newegg and bought a GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked GPU. The repair for me had been basic. I unplugged the VGA cable and after that opened up the nvidia Control cell (this only displayed the laptop display as expected) and after that plugged the wire back in. The display proceeded to go blank for a 2nd and after that the nvida handle panel sprang back upward now showing the endless monitor as HP L2045W and established to it'beds native resolution. I can't believe it has been this basic.

BTW I experienced already tried unplugging the wire and restarting and plugging back again in but this didn't work. It would seem getting the nvida control panel open at the time was necessary.

With any good luck this would also function with the win 7 display resolution screen in very much the same way. Help this assists.
